BA cyber-attack compensation deadline: 12 months to go!

We’re now just 12 months away from the official BA cyber-attack compensation deadline for the formal Group Litigation Order that has been established.

By order of the High Court of Justice, in October 2018, a formal GLO was put into place. This means that all cases that form as part of this action will be managed as part of the joint proceedings. Our firm has been appointed to the Steering Committee that’s responsible for the overall conduct of the litigation, and the deadline to join was set for 17^th January 2021.
